    Energy studies

    We intervene in the realization of energetic audit in various sectors of activity: private and tertiary residential.

    The energetic audit is broken down into four main phases:
    • Data collection: preparatory meeting, collection of requested information, analysis of operating contracts for thermal installations and energy subscriptions, interview with a representative of resident, visit and instrumentation of the site.
    • Analysis and treatment of collected data : analysis of real consumption, energy studies.
    • Recommendations and improvement programs : definition of a multi-year work plan adapted to the building and related to impact on comfort (winter, summer, acoustics),
    • Coordination and synthesis preparation of the final report : we attach great importance to the pedagogical rendering of our studies. Our experience in the field of renovation has allowed us to identify the key parameters of decision support.
